This Insurance covers all possible damage on the car rental avoiding deductible.

Insurance is comprehensive subject to an insurance excess and hirers acting within
the Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement
The insurance does not cover in case of negligence if driving through sand, water, under the influence of alcohol or any drugs, and for violations of any of the conditions of the rental agreement. Damages to third parties properties is 20% deductible.
The insurance does not covers. car tires, radio, tools, antenna , racks, locking the car and leave the key inside, to forget to lock the doors, to leave the car to unknown people or to leave the car in unsafe place. Roll over is not also covered if you are responsible of the accident. Any tow truck service is not covered. |
Reservations |
- All vehicle groups are on request. If a vehicle is booked but becomes unavailable an Upgrade will be offered at no extra cost.
- All reservations made with a prior of 12 hours will be subject to car availability.

Rates |
All rates are valid for rental from 01/06/2006.
Rates are valid for drivers aged 21 and over. Drivers aged 19-20 or 75 + add $12 per day. |
Payment |
All rental amounts plus any deposits need to be paid upon commencement of rental |
Deposit |
We accept an imprint of your credit card as security for your hire vehicle. Acceptable credit cards are Visa, Amex, Master card and Dinners.
Deposits will be refunded at the end of rental period providing no damage, late or fuel charges are payable. Due to our minimum cash handling policy we reserve the right to refund by cheque |

Rental Duration |
A rental day is 24 hours from the time of pick up. Vehicles returned late will incur a
full days rental charge per day as per rental agreement plus any additional rental
charges. |

Fuel |
| Vehicles are supplied with a full tank. We ask that renter refill the vehicle prior to return. Should vehicle not be returned with a full tank a service fee will apply for refueling. |
Child / Baby Seat |
| Child/Baby seats are available at a cost of $3.00 per day |
Airport, Home or Office Deliveries |
You can arrange to have your vehicle delivered to either the International or Domestic airports to meet you. This service is provided free of charge.
Delivery to your home or office can also be arranged. |
Office Hours |
Our booking office is open from 7:00am till 7:00pm Monday to saturday.
Vehicles can be booked for delivery outside these hours.

Breakdown service |
| All our vehicles are covered 24 hr roadside assistance. This service is complimentary to all our renters. It can help in the event of a breakdown, or even keys locked in the vehicle. Local Requirements
- Minimum age 21 years old.
- Valid passport and driver license
- A deposit is required at time of rental payable with a credit card.
- All drivers must be included in the original rent agreement.
