Drake Bay

This incredible village is actually a 17 km long coastal trail which is only accessible by a 4 wheel drive, plane or boat ride. Although getting here may sound a bit complex, its is so worth the effort! Drake bay offers its visitors white sand beaches, crystalline oceans as well as some of the coolest mangroves you will ever see. This amazing spot offers both high-end luxury hotels as well as budget friendly lodges, which is perfect depending on your travel plans. Some of the activities you may do here include chilling on the beach, wildlife spotting, scuba diving, and kayaking.

Corcovado National Park

Once you get here you will see why this National Park is known as one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful attractions. Named as “one of the most biologically intense places on Earth” by National Geographic; this park is really something out of this world. Explore Corcovado by hiking its numerous trails and you are guaranteed to meet some lovely friends such as the tapir, howler monkeys, sloths, harpy eagles and the highly endangered giant anteater.

Puerto Jiménez

Used by many as the jump-off point for visiting Corcovado, Puerto Jimenez offers great accommodations to its visitors as it is the largest town in the Osa Peninsula. As you may imagine, this great spot is also known for its white sand beaches and crystalline oceans – perfect to spend an ay at the beach! Puerto Jimenez has great affordable hotels, supermarkets, and restaurants for you to enjoy. Additionally, you will find the Puerto Jimenez Airport, as well as a Solid Car Rental office.

Isla del Caño

If you are into snorkeling or scuba diving, Isla de Caño is for you! This gorgeous island can only be reached by a forty-minute boat ride from Drake Bay. This marine reserve is really the most impressive marine tour in all of the Osa Peninsula due to its brain corals, sea plumes, fans and other coral species. If you are lucky, you may see everything from tropical fish, sea turtles, and dolphins, to whales, manta rays and even sharks!
